Consumer dispute resolution

I am neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The former EU platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

Liability for content

As a service provider I am responsible for my own content on these pages under general law. For third-party content that users create within their clubs (e.g. event names, duty rosters, helper lists or bookings) I only become responsible once I obtain knowledge of a specific legal violation. Such content will be removed immediately upon becoming aware of a violation.
