Do helpers need an account or an app?
No. Helpers open the link, pick their shifts and enter their name - done. Nothing to install, nothing to register.
How do helpers change their sign-up?
After signing up, every helper gets a personal manage link to review, reschedule or cancel their shifts later.
Does the shared plan stay up to date?
Yes. The link always shows the live plan. When you change shifts, everyone sees the new version instantly - affected helpers can be notified by email.
What does Klubplan cost?
Getting started is free: 1 event with up to 20 helpers and 3 days. Growing clubs can upgrade to Standard ($39.99/year) or Pro ($89.99/year) - cancel anytime.
Does Klubplan work on phones?
Yes. Klubplan runs entirely in the browser - on phones, tablets and computers. No installation needed.
Can we embed the plan and calendar on our website?
Yes. The sign-up page and the clubhouse calendar can be embedded via iframe; the calendar is also available as an iCal feed.
Is our data safe?
Klubplan is built GDPR-friendly: names appear publicly only with consent, data can be hosted in the EU, and everything is transferred over HTTPS.
Can we print or export?
Yes. There is a print view for the notice board and CSV export for Excel - helper lists can be imported from CSV too.
